April is project skinny month

Heyyyy readers!

Soooo this month for me is project skinny. I know the name is kind off weird and you guys might be wondering stuff like "shes already skinny" trust me, I need some serious toning. But im not doing this to be super skinny. Im also doing this to be fit and healthy. So far I've been eating less fast food than usual and more greens. I also gave up rice for lent which actually helps me get away from fatty food because I just eat salad with chicken and egg.

I started project skinny yesterday which was the first of april. I had a good 2 hour productive session at the gym. I ran 3kms for 25 minutes which was a new record for me. Also did reps for my arms and upper body and some floor routine for more abdominal and lower abs toning because theres still a bulge and I really dont wanna see it anymore so im doing something about it.
Also, before I did all of this, I made sure I did some stretching because last time I didnt and I had the meanest leg cramp. And It wasnt fun at all.


I never thought I would do something like this but im posting it anyways. Heres a mandatory before photo and by the end of this month, I will post an after photo.
