March Challenge.



So this month, I challenged myself for a week without meat. And since its lent, i also gave up fast food such as Burger King, Wendy's, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Macdonalds and Carls Jr. Yes. I actually did. And fizzy drink.

For lent, I have about 3 and a half weeks left until I can eat them fatty burgers and drink fizzy drink again.

But for the first week of march, i decided to give up meat for a week. Im on my third day and so far im doing really good. I have been eating eggs and veggies for the past 3 days.

Before starting this challenge, I weigh myself.

Starting weight: 55kgs.

I wonder how many kgs am i going to lose after a week without meat.
